What does a MEAN Stack Developer do? The primary goal will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known Angular.js workflows. Profound knowledge of Node and Express is required. Knowledge on another back-end tech such as PHP would be an add-on.

Web Application Developer (Entry to mid-seniority)
Responsibilities
- Developing new user-facing features using Angular.js
- Implementation of a robust set of services / APIs to power the web application
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Skills Needed
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks required.
- Excellent knowledge on Open Source technologies like NoSQL (MongoDB), Data Formats (XML / JSON), JavaScript Frameworks (AngularJS), HTML5, JavaScript , JQuery, CSS, ES2015 / ES2016, in memory databases (Redis / Hazelcast), Build tools – (angular-CLI)
- Thorough understanding of Angular.js and its core principles
- Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimisation, scalability.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge and experience with SaaS/laaS are desirable.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Good understanding of Database schema, design, optimisation, scalability.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one RDBMS and NoSQL databases is required
- Good to have: Experience with D3 charts, AWS cloud, Docker and Micro-services
