Typical job responsibilities for Rajkot position include:

Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally

Lead and mentor QA team members on cross locations as well

Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software.

Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery

Deploying and managing resources for testing

Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product.

Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon. Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.

Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.

Work closely on the deadlines of the project

Good experience and knowledge in functionalities and work model of Website and Apps along with UX / UI testing

Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

Working proficiency in Jmeter and other performance measurement as well as developmental toolsets & Exposure to UI development

Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.

Proven problem solving and analytical skills

Defining and monitoring productivity and efficiency of the testing teams through appropriate metrics.

Strong team building and people management skills are a must.
Educational Qualifications
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering / technology or equivalent with relevant exp.
