Job Profile for Business Development Head at NCrypted, Finland & Baltics.

Job Profile: Running existing business vertical, selling existing product and services to new startup customers. Responsible for business development, sales and go to market activities for the identified territories. Pre-sales activities mainly around discovering, identifying, prospecting and networking with customers and ecosystem partners.

Eligible candidates for this profile:

  • A Mid-Level Sales Professional with B2B Software Sales Experience
  • 4-5 years Software industry Experience Preferred
  • Existing Customer Relationships/Network in Finland
  • A Target Oriented Closer & Sales Funnel Creator
  • Understands Startup Ecosystem
  • Strategic Thinker
  • Understands Company Vision and Business Concept
  • Possesses Leadership Qualities & A Go-Getter Attitude
  • Individual Team Player
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • - English, Suomi/Finnish; Fluency/Knowledge of other Baltic Languages would be an advantage
